Our products are food and personal-care items, so for hygiene and safety we can't take back opened packs.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, has the wrong item, or something is missing, message us with a photo and your order number as soon as it arrives. We will send a replacement or refund you.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Message us with your order number.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery refunds are paid by UPI or bank transfer.
